摘 要:针对抽油机运行能耗高、工作效率低以及存在倒发电的问题,基于公共直流母线技术,将多台抽油机变频控制终端配挂在直流母线上进行集群控制,实现区块内多台抽油机倒发电能的互馈共享,并建立了完善的抽油机井远程动态调参与监控系统。在介绍公共直流母线群控智能抽油系统终端下位机硬件电路设计和上位机控制系统软件设计之后,选取现场6口井进行使用效果测试。测试分析结果表明,在保证产液量基本不变的前提下,使用该系统后变压器容量可降低,系统功率因数维持在0.9以上,综合节电率超过19%,实现了采油区块抽油机井的群控管理。To address the pumping unit issues of high energy consumption, low efficiency and power genera- tion, muhiple pumping frequency control terminals are connected to the DC bus for group control based on common DC bus technology. Thus, power generation sharing among multiple pumping units in the block is achieved. The pumping well remote dynamic monitoring and adjustment system has been established. The lower computer hardware circuit design and upper computer control system software design for the common DC bus group controlled intelligent pumping system terminal are introduced. The system has been tested on six wells and the test results show that, on the premise of ensuring the substantial production of liquid, the system has achieved group control management of pumping wells by reducing transformer capacity by 2~3, maintaining the power factor of no less than 0.9 and achie- ving the comprehensive ener~'-saving rate of more than 19%.
