摘  要:热敏封隔器的坐封力较小,容易在上、下压差的作用下产生滑移,导致伸缩管闭合,造成热膨胀无法补偿而损坏封隔器。鉴于此,采用ANSYS对热敏封隔器的坐封过程进行模拟计算,分析结果表明,热敏封隔器在注气压力15.00 MPa、温度200℃下坐封后,最大应力出现在动力件上,其值为413.00 MPa;密封筒与套管接触应力分布呈马鞍状,中部应力有极小值;当注气温度高于200℃以后,接触应力随温度的升高增长缓慢;在200℃、15.00 MPa注气工况下需要将套压控制在11.43 MPa以上,以免压差过大造成管柱弯曲等问题;注蒸汽时封隔器的坐封力与温度呈线性关系,随着温度的升高,封隔器所能平衡的压差呈线性增加,套压的可控制范围增大。Due to relatively small setting forces, the heat-sensitive packer is prone to sliding under the differ- ence between the upper pressure and the lower pressure. As a result, the extension tube may be closed to cause failure of thermal expansion so as to damage the packer. For that reason, an analog calculation is conducted for set- ting process of the heat-sensitive packer to make the following conclusion : after setting of the heat-sensitive packer under steam injection temperature of 15.00 MPa and temperature of 200 ℃, maximum stress is 413.00 MPa on the power parts; contact stress of sealed chamber and casing is distributed in a saddle shape and the middle stress is minimal; when the steam injection temperature exceeds 200 ℃, the contact stress rises slowly with the tempera- ture; under the injection condition of 200 ℃ and 15.00 MPa, the casing pressure shall be controlled above 11.43 MPa to prevent excessive pressure difference from causing string bending; under the condition of steam injection, the setting force is subject to linear relationship with the temperature. With temperature rising, the pressure differ- ence balanced by the packer will increase linearly and controllable range of the casing pressure will increase.
