摘 要:含硫油品储罐内的腐蚀产物与油品中的活性硫反应生成硫化物,而此类硫腐蚀产物氧化自燃是导致储油罐发生火灾、爆炸事故的重要原因。通过试验考察了氧气体积比对硫腐蚀产物氧化自燃过程的影响,探索了铁锈模拟物在氧化过程中SO2气体的释放规律。结果表明:氧气浓度越高,硫腐蚀产物的自燃危险性越大;随着O2浓度增加,氧化反应中SO2的浓度越大,SO2气体析出速度越快,当氧化反应的温度为40℃时,SO2气体浓度达到最大。The paper is aimed at making an exploration of the effects of oxygen concentration on the oxidation and spontaneous combustion process,particularly an investigation of the monitoring technology for the symbolic gas in the spontaneous oxidation of sulfur-corrosive products in the oil tanks. For the said purpose,we have made a simulated rust release of SO2,which is the chief gas that accounts for the oxidation of iron sulfide and the fire risk in the oil storage tank.The results of our simulated experiments show that,the higher the oxygen concentration,the greater the combustion risk of the sulfur corrosion products. What is more,with the increase of O2 concentration,the greater the concentration,the faster the precipitation of SO2 will be. When the oxidation temperature reaches 40 ℃,the gas concentration of SO2 would be going up to its maximal limit. On the other hand,the heat release of the oxidized gas may be in turn going up too,so as for us to detect the existence of the SO2 gas. However,in this time,the reaction process can be found affected by somewhat outside influential factors. For instance,it can be found that the exothermic oxidation of the sulfurized products can be effectively controlled by decreasing the oxygen concentration,so as to reduce the risk of likely-to-be accidents. Therefore,we can say that SO2 gas can be taken as a symbolic gas for forecasting or predicting the spontaneous combustion risks. By detecting SO2 of the corrosion products in the surrounding environment,it is possible for us to predict and judge the concentration degree of the iron sulfide and the likely spontaneous combustion. Thus,in case any local heating or the SO2 is found,it tends to more or less indicate that there may lie any risk signs for the oxidation reaction. Though the release may imply more or less heat,it may help to detect the reaction process influenced by any other external factors.
