摘 要:室内天然气意外泄漏后极易引起火灾爆炸事故,为避免或减少其事故的发生,得到泄漏后气体扩散规律及爆炸危险浓度分布状况,利用Fluent软件对某12 m×7 m厂房在不同泄漏孔径下泄漏扩散情况进行了数值模拟。分析风速为1 m/s时,泄漏孔径对甲烷气体扩散的影响,并将燃气管道泄漏速率的模拟结果与理论预测值进行对比分析。结果表明:所建立的数学模型和设置参数是合理的;在不同泄漏孔径下,监测受限空间内5个不同点气体分布状况,得出在风速和壁面的影响下,排气扇附近相对较危险,窗户下方相对较安全。The paper is engaged in a numerical simulation for the gas distribution regularity and the explosion hazard concentration distribution in hoping to get rid of or cut down the rate of the gas explosion accidents. It is for this purpose that we have chosen the computational fluid dynamics( CFD) model as a guide to solve the said problem. It is just based on the above starting point that we have worked out a numerical simulation model for the leakage and diffusion of a 12 m × 7 m room space as a physical model,while assuming that the geometrical model has been established by the GAMBIT code under different leakage apertures of about10 mm,30 mm,50 mm by using a software known as Fluent.According to our test,we have analyzed and investigated the effects of the methane gas diffusion at the different leakage apertures under the wind velocity of about 1 m / s in our numerical simulation. Meanwhile,we have also compared the simulation results with the theoretically induced velocity of the gas pipeline leakage. Theoretically speaking,different leakage apertures may have different meaningful effects on the gas distribution in a limited space,which may help to find the reasonable gas distribution regularity for the research of the limited space. Just starting from this need,we have first of all worked out the regularity of the gas leakage distribution model in the said limited space. The final results of our research prove that the simulation results,the theoretical results and the experiment results have come into full conformity with each other. What is more,we have also successfully proven the soundness of our mathematical calculation and the set parameters for the numerical simulation. And,in our research practice,we have monitored the gas distribution of five different points in the limited space at different leakage apertures,too.From what has been stated above,a conclusion can de arrived at that under the influence of the wind velocity and wall,the exhaust fan proves to be rather hazardous whereas the beneath of
