多壁碳纳米管短期作用对活性污泥系统脱氮除磷效果的影响

摘  要:研究了不同质量浓度(1 mg/L和20 mg/L)多壁碳纳米管(Multiwalled Carbon Nanotubes,MWCNTs)短期(21 d)作用对序批式活性污泥反应器(SBR)废水脱氮除磷效果的影响。结果表明,1 mg/L和20 mg/L MWCNTs废水的持续作用对反应器出水NH+4-N、NO-3-N、NO-2-N和TP质量浓度(分别为0.35 mg/L、4.5 mg/L、0.1 mg/L和0.15 mg/L)及1个反应周期内的氮磷转化过程并未产生明显的影响。活性污泥3 h呼吸抑制试验表明,低质量浓度(ρ<100 mg/L)MWCNTs短暂作用(3 h)对活性污泥活性并没有明显的抑制作用。但当MWCNTs质量浓度达到g/L级别后,MWCNTs对活性污泥活性存在明显的抑制作用,而且MWCNTs对活性污泥的呼吸抑制作用与质量浓度呈正相关性。研究表明,1 mg/L和20 mg/L MWCNTs对活性污泥系统短期作用并不影响活性污泥系统脱氮除磷的效果。The present paper is to introduce its investigation on the short-term( 21 days) continuous impacts of multiwalled carbon nanotubes( MWCNTs) on the activated sludge. For this purpose,we have built up three groups of sequential batch reaction( SBR) system in hoping to detect the effluent concentrations of NH+4-N,NO-3-N,NO-2-N and TP under the exposure at different concentrations( 0,1 mg / L and20 mg / L) of MWCNTs. At the same time,we have also devoted to the study of the changes of NH+4-N,NO-3-N,NO-2-N and TP in the anaerobic,aerobic and settling stages of one cycle after short-term impact of MWCNTs. The results of our investigation and experiments indicate that the sewage containing 1 mg / L and 20 mg / L of MWCNTs do not have any obvious adverse effects on the biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal in the activated sludge system when the average effluent concentrations of NH+4-N,NO-3-N,NO-2-N and TP are approximately equal to 0. 35 mg / L,4. 5 mg / L,0. 1 mg / L and 0. 15 mg / L,respectively. Moreover,the short-term effects of MWCNTs do not have any serious influence on the transformation process of nitrogen and phosphorus in a single cycle. Furthermore,we have also conducted a 3-hour activated sludge respiration impeding test in this paper. The results of our respiration inhibition test demonstrate that the acute( 3 hours) impact of the low-concentration( ρ 100 mg / L) MWCNTs do not have significant effects on the activities of the activated sludge,too,though their concentrations may exceed g / L and it would be possible to find the acute impeding effects of MWCNTs( The impeding inhibition effects can be found to reach 27. 5% ± 7. 5% at the presence of 1. 496 g / L MWCNTs). What is more,the acute toxicity of MWCNTs can be found dosage-dependent,with the highest concentration implying the highest respiration inhibition function. For example,at 1. 44 g / L of MWCNTs,the inhibition effects can be made as high as 62. 5 ± 5. 5%. Thus,it has shown that the short-term impacts�
