摘  要:为研究大学生的手机电磁辐射暴露程度,针对手机的3种使用状态(通话、发短信、上网),用TES-593电磁波污染强度计系统地监测了36部手机,监测点代表耳朵、眼睛和手所在处。结果表明,所有监测值均符合国际非电离辐射防护委员会(ICNIRP)的参考水平。3种使用状态下的手机电磁辐射辐射强度大小依次为通话、发短信、上网;在室内通话、发短信和上网状态下,2G手机近背面的平均电场强度依次为15.27 V/m、11.43 V/m和9.57 V/m;手机在室内通话状态下的电场强度大于室外通话状态下的电场强度,2G手机在这两种状态下,听筒处的平均电场强度分别为16.00 V/m、9.46 V/m。多数手机室内通话电场强度容易超过GB 8702—88《电磁辐射防护规定》的参考值。手机发短信、上网时的辐射强度随距离增大而减小,一般情况下不会超过《电磁辐射防护规定》的参考值。This paper aims at examining and testing the electromagnetic radiation exposure level of the mobile phone used by the college students. In hoping to accomplish our research,we have done systematic measurement of the integrated strengths of the electromagnetic radiation from the electromagnetic field in three situations( i. e. message-calling,message-sending and accessing to the Internet) by TES-593 Electro Smog Meter at the frequency from 10 MHz to 8 GHz produced by 36 mobile phones. As is known,there are measuring points located in the ears,eyes and hands. For calling,it is necessary to find the measuring points at1 cm in front of the mobile phones,which denote the positions of ears. Another point is located at 1 cm behind the mobile phones used to represent the positions of hands. Measurements can be done both indoor and outdoor. For the other two situations,measuring points are located at 10 cm,20 cm,30 cm,40 cm,50 cm in front of the mobile phones,representing the positions of eyes,and 1 cm behind mobile phones,representing the positions of hands. Sometimes,measurements can only be performed indoor.The results of our measurements show that,all the measured data are qualified to meet the needs of ICNIRP( International Commission on the Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection) reference levels.The average electromagnetic field strengths of 1 cm behind 2G mobile phones are 15. 27 V / m,11. 43 V / m,9. 57 V / m,respectively,for indoor calling,sending messages as well as for accessing to the Internet. We have also measured the average electric field strengths of 1 cm in front of 2G mobile phones,which should be 16. 00 V / m,9. 46 V / m,respectively,for the indoor calling and outdoor calling. What is more,for most mobile phones,the instantaneous electric field strengths of indoor calling should be higher than 12 V / m,the reference level of Regulations for electromagnetic radiation protection( GB 8702—88). Therefore,the average electric field strength over 6 min of indoor calling tends to exceed the referenc
