台湾“反服贸运动”争议焦点辨析  

Analysis of the Controversial Focus of “Anti-Free Trade and Service Agreement Movement”in China's Taiwan Region

摘　　要：2014年3月的台湾"反服贸运动"是两岸关系和平发展进程中的一次重要波折。"反服贸运动"的理由主要集中在"黑箱作业"、"小黄全都变小红"和"洗头兼洗脑"等三大议题。这些诉求一度凝聚了岛内相当的民意,也直接导致两岸服贸协议在台湾"立法院"搁浅。通过对以上三大争议焦点的辨析可以发现:所谓"黑箱作业"是岛内特殊的朝野协商机制的产物;"小黄全都变小红"是一种人为制造的"虚假威胁";"洗头兼洗脑"则是无谓的意识形态恐惧。但是,对于"反服贸运动"所折射的新现象、新问题值得我们关注和思考。In March 2014, the ＂Anti-Free Trade and Service Agreement Movement＂ in China＇s Taiwan region was a major e- vent in process of the peaceful development of cross-straits relations. The reasons for the Movement focused on three issues, such as ＂black-box operation＂, ＂Little Yellow Turning to Little Red,＂ and ＂Shampooing and Brainwashing＂. These demands once combined quite public opinions from the island and directly caused the suspension of the agreement for cross-straits trade and service in Taiwan＇s local legislative body. Through the analysis of the three above-mentioned controversial issues, we found that the so-called ＂black box＂ is a product of the island＇s government and special consultation mechanisms; ＂httle yellow turning to little red ＂ is an artificial ＂false threat＂; ＂shampooing and brainwashing ＂is meaningless ideological fear. However, the new phenomenon and new problems reflected by ＂Anti-Free Trade and Service Agreement Movement＂ are worth our attention and reflection.
