摘　　要：目的分析识别大型地下式厂房水电工程施工期的职业病危害因素,确定水电工程施工期主要的职业病危害因素及关键控制环节,并提出防控措施。方法文献查阅、工程分析、现场职业卫生学调查与职业病危害因素检测。结果水电工程施工期存在多种职业病危害因素,其中料场破碎机操作位等7个作业场所矽尘短时间接触浓度超过超限倍数要求;料场破碎机操作工等8个岗位矽尘8 h时间加权平均接触浓度超过职业接触限值;料场钻工等4个岗位噪声接触强度超过职业接触限值。结论水电工程施工期长,工程内容多,施工环境复杂,职业病危害因素的种类及接触人数多,粉尘和噪声超标情况突出,应完善职业卫生管理体系,明确各方责任,加强综合治理。Objective To analyze the occupational hazards and the critical control points during the construction period of a good - sized underground hydropower station project, and to put forward prevention and control suggestions. Methods Referred to the literature, engineering analysis, site occupational health investigation and occupational hazards factor detection were adopted for analyzing. Results Kinds of occupational hazards were indentified in the construction period of a good - sized underground hydropower station project. The con- centration - short term exposure of silica dust exceeded the standard of excursion limits in material crusher op- eration and 6 other workplaces ; the 8h concentration - time weighted average concentration exceeded the PC - TWA in material field crushing machine operator and 7 other posts; the LEQ intensity exceeded the OEL in material filed driller and 3 other posts. Conclusion The construction period of hydropower station project is consideratbly long, with lots of construction contents. The construction environment is complex, multiple occu- pational hazards exsits in the workplace during the construction period. A large number of workers are exposed to the occupational hazards. The occupational health management system should be improved to determine the responsibility of each sides in participation, as well as to strengthen the comprehensive management measures.
