摘 要:目的了解南京市工程塑料生产企业近年来新项目的职业病危害控制情况,为企业管理与政府监督提供基础性参考资料。方法对南京市某外企试运行一年的高技术复合材料项目的职业病危害控制情况进行了现场职业卫生学调查、检测与评价。结果本项目的职业卫生管理制度、职业病危害防护设施、应急救援措施、职业健康检查等方面符合国家相关法规、标准的要求;生产工人接触的炭黑粉尘、人造玻璃质纤维粉尘、其他粉尘、工频电场的浓度(强度)均符合国家卫生限值;生产工人的8 h等效声级计算结果不符合《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值第2部分:物理因素》的要求。结论噪声危害是本项目职业病危害的关键控制点。在遵行已采取的各项职业病防护措施并落实相关建议的情况下,该项目的职业病危害因素可以得到控制,发生职业危害风险较小。Objective To understand the occupational hazard control status in an engineering plastics manufac- turing enterprise in Nanjing city in recent years for providing basic references for governmental surveil- lance. Methods Field investigation, detection and evaluation were conducted in the high -tec composition ma- terial project after one year operation in a foreign company in Nanjing. Results The management system of oc- cupational health, occupational hazard protection facilities, emergency measures and occupational health ex- amination all met the national standards. The carbon black dust, man - made vitreous fiber, other dust and power frequency electric field all meet the national limits. The 8 h equivalent sound level in the production worker failed to met the Occupational Exposure Limit of the Harmful Factors in the Workplace - the Second Part: Physical Factor. Conclusion The noise hazard is the key control point in this project. After implementa- tion of occupational protection measures, the hazard factors could be controlled.
