摘　　要：从竞技体育体制和人文价值取向两个角度剖析了我国竞技体育发展中存在制度的不完善、社会化进程缓慢、后备人才储备残缺、竞技体育项目发展不平衡以及科技崇拜与商业化无视体育的伦理道德等问题;并从国家战略高度提出了调整竞技体育的项目布局、将竞技体育与教育相融合、强竞技体育法制建设等相应对策,以促进我国竞技体育健康地可持续发展。This paper dissected the problems of China＇s competitive sports from two angles：the system of competitive sports and humanistic value orientation.The problems include imperfect system,slow socialization,inadequate reserve personnel,unbalanced competitive sports events development,technological worship and commercialization ignoring sports ethics.Finally,from the national strategic height,it is proposed to adjust the athletics projects layout,combine competitive sports with education,strengthen competitive sports legal construction to promote the healthy and sustainable development of China＇s competitive sports.
