美国陆军推行两级维修的做法及启示

摘　　要：四级维修向两级维修转型,是21世纪美国陆军装备维修最重要的变革之一,对我军正在开展的装备维修保障改革具有重要的参考借鉴价值.从论证分析、筹划实施、制度保证等方面分析了美国陆军推行两级维修的做法经验.结合我军实际,从理论研究、实践探索、技术支撑等方面提出对我军陆军通用装备维修作业体系改革的启示.The transformation from four-level maintenance to two-level maintenance is one of the most important maintenance evolutions of the US Army in the 2 1 st century.It can provide valuable reference for ongoing equipment maintenance support reform in our army.The approaches and experiences of the US Army promoting two-level maintenance are analyzed in this paper from reasoning and analysis,to planning and execution,and to doctrine guarantee.Based on our army’s characteristics,enlightenments on general equipment maintenance operation system revolution for our army are proposed from the aspects of theoretical analysis,practical exploration and technological support.
