摘  要:针对固体火箭发动机研制过程中设计方案的可靠性评审工作,首先以试样阶段为例构建了设计方案可靠性评估的霍尔三维结构模型与评估指标体系.考虑到可靠性评估具有不确定性和模糊性的特点,采用集对分析理论对指标的模糊语言值评估进行处理,并在方案贴近度评估决策模型中采用层次分析法确定指标权重,提高了评估的合理性与科学性.最后,以某型固体火箭发动机设计方案的可靠性评估优选为例,说明了该方法的应用及有效性.Aimed at the reliability evaluation of solid engine design schemes during research and development,this paper takes normal stage as an example and constructs the Hall Three-Scale Model and index system of design schemes reliability evaluation,in accordance with the characteristic of system engineering process of the evaluation process.Then,considering the uncertainty and fuzziness of reliability evaluation,set pair analysis theory is adopted to process the linguistic assessment values of reliability design factors,and an evaluation and decision-making model is established by introducing the weighting method based on (Analytic Hierarchy Process) AHP into similarity scale of schemes.Finally,the reliability evaluation and preferred selection for design schemes of some solid rocket engine is taken as an example to illustrate the application and effectiveness of this method.
