摘 要:影像引导下的肿瘤消融具有靶向、微创、安全、高效的特点,因此日益得到广大患者和临床医师的认可和欢迎。影像引导技术是肿瘤消融成功的关键。目前常用的影像引导技术有传统超声、CT、MRI等,传统超声简便、廉价、无放射辐射,能实现实时监测。CT密度分辨率和空间分辨率好,可以显示病变周围的结构关系。MRI软组织分辨能力好,空间分辨率高,对温度变化敏感。另外,一些新的成像技术如弹性成像和影像融合技术等近几年也开始展开研究。本文就上述影像引导肿瘤消融技术展开综述。Image-guided tumor ablation has characteristics as targeted, minimally invasive, safe and efficient. Therefore it is recognized and welcomed by the patients and doctors. Image-guided technology is the key to the success of tumor ablation. Traditional ultrasound, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging are the common image-guided technology. Traditional ultrasound is cheap and easy to operate. More importantly, it has no radiation and can achieve real-time monitoring. Computed tomography images have good density resolution and spatial resolution. So CT can display the structure relationships around the lesion. Magnetic resonance imaging has high spatial resolution and sensitivity to temperature changes, especially has the ability to distinguish soft tissues. In addition, certain new imaging technology such as elastography and image fusion technology also have been studied in recent years. In this paper, we discuss these image-guided technologies of tumor ablation.
