摘 要:协同教学作为一种教学组织形式,对教学质量的提高有重要的实践意义。汽车技术服务与营销专业具有工科和文科相结合的特殊性,由于大部分教师不具备综合性的知识结构,所以独立教学很难达到良好的教学效果。通过对《汽车维修服务》课程进行协同教学,用PDCA管理循环进行教学质量控制,结果显示学生对该门课程的满意度大大提高,教学效果良好,验证了该教学形式可在该专业推广。Team teaching has important practical significance on the improvement of teaching quality as a teaching organization form. Because automotive technical service and marketing professional has the characteristics of liberal arts and science, and the knowledge structures of most of teachers are not very diverse, they cannot independent competent for teaching job which is verified through the investigation to the graduates. Team teaching is used in the course of vehicle maintenance service reception by PDCA management cycle to control the teaching result. The results show that the satisfaction of the course is greatly increased, and the teaching effect is good.
