摘 要:高速铁路的高速度、高舒适性和高安全性使线路养护维修部门对轨面短波不平顺的控制和管理日益关注,钢轨预打磨作为新轨的第一次打磨修理,有消除表面缺陷,改善焊接接头平顺性等作用。以杭长高速铁路钢轨预打磨为例,从轨面短波不平顺角度分析高速铁路钢轨预打磨作业的效果。结果发现预打磨前新轨的均方根滑动平均值和峰峰值滑动平均值超限波长主要集中于30~100 mm范围内,预打磨使各波长范围内超限百分比下降明显,均达到I级标准,打磨作业效果良好。经1/3倍频程分析发现,预打磨作业对8~25 mm波长范围的短波不平顺改善量有限,且20 mm波长的周期性短波不平顺较为突出。High speed, comfort and security of high speed railways have attracted more attention of the mainte-nance department on short wave irregularities. Rail pre-grinding as a way of rail maintenance can eliminate railsurface defects and improve the welding joint smoothness. Based on rail pre-grinding in Hangzhou-Changsha highspeed railway, this paper discusses the operation effect of pre-grinding on high speed railway in view of short waveirregularities. Results on moving average of mean square root and peak-to-peak value show that the ultralimitwavelength is within the 30-100 mm range before pre-grinding. The operation of pre-grinding reduces the ultra-limit percentage obviously, and meets the first grade standard. From the aspect of 1/3 octave analysis, pre-grind-ing operation has limited improvement on short wave irregularities of 8-25 mm wavelength, and it leads to theprominence of 20 mm periodic waveform.
