摘　　要：目的评价临床路径在三级医院支气管肺癌化疗患者中的应用效果。方法采用回顾性调查方法,通过同期对照研究,对呼吸内科实施和未实施支气管肺癌化疗临床路径的60例患者(20例小细胞肺癌和40例非小细胞肺癌)进行统计,对平均住院日、平均住院费用、药品费用、药占比和检查费用进行比较分析。结果实施临床路径后小细胞肺癌及非小细胞肺癌化疗住院时间分别缩短0.72天和0.7天,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)、检查费用降低(P<0.05),小细胞肺癌化疗平均住院费用、药品费用及药占比显著减少(P<0.05)。结论通过实施临床路径,可以缩短支气管肺癌化疗的住院时间,降低检查费用,减少部分患者的平均住院费用和药品费用,减轻患者经济负担。Objiective To evaluate the effect of application of clinical pathway in bronchogenic cancer chemotherapy in level - three hospital. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 60 bronchogenic canc- er patients received chemotherapy, which contained 20 small cell lung cancer patients and 40 non - small cell lung cancer patients. The average costs of hospitalization days, hospitalization expenses, costs of drugs, drug proportion and auxiliary examinations comparative were analyzed. Results The hospitalization time was shortened 0.72d and 0.7d in both small cell lung cancer and non - small cell lung cancer clinical pathway sub - group respectively com- pared with control sub- group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The auxiliary examinations costs decreased in both clinical subgroups significantly （P 〈 0.05 ）. The average hospitalization expenses, drugs expenses and drugs proportion was signifi- cantly reduced in small cell lung cancer chemotherapy subgroup （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Clinical pathway can shorten the time of hospitalization and examination costs of lung cancer chemotherapy, reduce the average hospitali- zation expenses and drug expenses of partial patients, so as to reduce the economic burden of these patients.
