摘　　要：目的提高医院感染管理质量。方法及时执行新颁布法规,及时更新和修订医院感染管理规章制度;每季度对每个科室进行一次感控质量全面检查,确保医院感染制度措施有效落实;重点科室重点环节重点管理;利用《军队医院感染实时监控系统》软件,及时控制薄弱环节;严格监控和落实多重耐药菌患者消毒隔离,防止院内感染暴发;分层次开展培训,提供交流平台;建立奖惩制度,强化感控意识和遵医行为。结果医务人员感染控制意识明显提高,科室感染管理工作不断规范,医院感染率呈现下降趋势,无医院感染病例聚集和暴发。结论综合措施能有效提高医院感染管理质量。Objective To improve the quality of nosocomial infection management. Methods Operating and upgrading the new principle in hospital. For each season, a full inspection of all departments is required and make sure that all the principle are being set up and operating. To control the weakness of the system by using the software of Real Time Monitoring System of Military Hospital. Quarantine should be supervised and operated strictly in order to prevent the infection spread out in the hospital. A regular education should be opened in different man- agement level. System of rewards and penalties should be set up to emphasize the importance of influence. Result Medical staff has improved their idea of prevent and control the incidence of nosocomial infection. The rate of infec- tion in the hospital in slowing down. Condusion Comprehensive intervention measures have significant contribu- tions on improving the quality of inflection management in the hospital.
