摘　　要：舰艇长期远海任务的医疗保障特点:医疗空间小、医疗保障人员少、病种多、突发医疗事件几率大、医疗保障人员需有全科医师和凭借经验诊治疾病的能力。对舰艇长期远海任务时医疗保障建议,重视医疗保障工作,加强部门间的沟通协作,携带的药品和器材由专人负责、其种类和数量需科学合理,需携带适量的医疗书籍资料,出航前需检测维护好医疗设备,对医疗保障人员进行适当培训并明确各自职责。The medical care of navy fleets during a long convoying has the following characteristics ： Small medical care room, few medical staff, diversified diseases, high incidence rate of sudden medical events. The med- ical staff in fleets should be able to make diagnosis like general practitioners and give treatment to all kinds of diseases based on clinical experiences. The authors proposed some suggestions as follows： paying much attention to medical care work, strengthening cooperation of different departments, bringing rational and scientific drug and medical materials, arranging special people responsible for medical materials, carrying some medical books, checking and maintaining the medical equipment before the mission, training the medical staff so as to know own responsibility.
