某院应用军民融合助力卫勤保障力生成的做法与体会

摘　　要：目的探讨军民融合方式助力中小医院卫勤保障力生成。方法介绍利用驻地民用资源与技术优势推动保障人才队伍建设和学科建设,解决边远散单位官兵就医难的难题,创建救护艇海上适应性训练平台,建立海空一体化海难救援机制,开展提升保障力的科技创新的做法。总结"意识早、行动快、导向明"的经验体会,就深化军民融合提出建议。结果中小医院卫勤保障能力建设可采取军民融合的方式,但需进一步改进。结论走军民融合发展之路,可助力卫勤保障力的生成。树立大局观念、强化战略规划、坚持创新驱动、建立法制保障可拓展和深化军民融合。Objective To discuss civil - military integration on improving the medical support capability in small - middle - scale hospital. Methods It is stated how to make use of civil resources and technical advantage in the army station to push the building of the talent team of security and discipline construction, so as to solve the problem of the soldiers seeing a doctor in the outlying district. The author introduced the methods of improving med- ical support abilities of scientific and technology innovation, which included setting up a training platform for train- ing adjustability of lifeboat on sea, and establishing the rescue mechanism of integration of navy and air force in ma- rine disaster. The author summed up the experience of being aware of it earlier, acting on it faster and guiding on it more clearly, and putting forward the suggestions of deepening civil -military integration further. Results The mode of civil - military integration could be adopted by small - middle - scale hospitals, but it need to be improved further. Conclusion The medical support capability could be improved by adopting the way of civil - military inte- gration. It needs to establish the overall concept, strengthen efforts for strategic plan, adhere to innovation, build up safeguard of law which could expand and deepen civil - military integration.
