标准化伤员库及救治流程在战创伤模拟仿真训练中的应用

摘　　要：为提高野战医疗队战创伤救治水平,我军各机动卫勤力量展开各种基于战现场模拟的仿真训练,但战创伤伤情的复杂性及多变性与常规训练方法的单一性及非实战性存在显著的矛盾,使模拟训练难以达到较好效果。医院以医学模拟人为训练对象,设置多种伤情模块,将救治流程标准化,结合室内仿真模拟实验室,使模拟仿真训练更贴近实战,提高了队员伤情预判效率,使救治技术应用更加合理,提高野战医疗队军事斗争卫勤保障能力。In recent years, lots of medical service forces of PLA have launched a variety of simulation train- ing based on the war field to improve the treatment level of field medical team. However, it is difficult to achieve bet- ter effect because of the contradiction of complexity and variety of trauma and simplicity of routine non - battle train- ing. Relying on the artificial medical simulation training object and laboratory of battlefield wound treatment, we set up a variety of injury module and standardized the treatment process to make the indoor simulation more close to actu- al battlefield. These improvements made the prejudgment of injury more efficient, the treatment technology more rea- sonable, increasing the ability of medical support of field medical team scientifically and effectively.
