某院青年行政管理人员规范化培养现状分析

摘　　要：青年行政管理人员是未来现代医院管理的主力军,现代医院要建设一支高素质的管理人才队伍,就必须加强对青年人的培养,而目前对于此类人员的规范化培养没有成熟的固定模式可参照借鉴。因此,对青年行政管理人员的培养模式进行研究就显得十分必要而具有现实意义。本文在本院青年行政管理人员培养的实践基础上,探索分析规范化培养现状,从而为医院管理水平的提升提供有意义的借鉴。医院应找出青年行政管理人员培养中存在的问题,有针对性地提出一系列切实可行的对策。Youth administrators are the main force of the hospital management in the future. If the modern hospital wants to build a team of high quality management, we must strengthen the cultivating work of youth admin- istrators. However, there is no mature fixed mode of standardized training for reference now. Therefore, it is of practical necessity to study the training mode of young administrators. Based on the training of the youth administra- tors working in our hospital, our study aims at exploring a more scientific, standardized training mode, and provi- ding meaningful reference to improve the hospital management level. The hospital should find the problems of training the youth administrators and take a series of practical measures.
