摘 要:目的通过对医患双方进行调查,了解医患双方对医患关系的看法及患者对医务人员的期望,探讨继续医学教育对改善医患关系的影响。方法 2014年7—9月按方便抽样的原则对靖江市人民医院在岗医务人员和同期住院患者各400名进行问卷调查。结果调查发现,接受调查的医务人员中88.8%处理医患关系时自感力不从心,76.1%认为有必要在工作中接受培训以改善医患关系。接受调查的患者15.2%对医疗技术不满,11.3%对医患沟通不满,52.5%最期望医务人员医德好,96.3%赞成医务人员参加继续教育学习。结论医务人员应参加持续整个职业生涯的继续医学教育。医务人员通过主动学习,提高自己的综合服务能力,是构建和谐医患关系的重要一步。Objective Through investigating both medical staff and patients, to understand the perceptions of the doctor - patient relationship and patients' expectations about the medical staff, to explore the effect of continu- ing medical education on improving the doctor -patient relationship. Methods According to the principle of con- venience sampling, questionnaire survey was conducted to the medical staff of Jingjiang People's Hospital and 400 hospitalized patients from July 2014 to September 2014. Results The survey found that 88.8% of surveyed medical personnel was lack of ability when handling the doctor -patient relationship, 76.1% think it necessary to be trained in order to improve the doctor - patient relationship. 15.2% of surveyed patients was dissatisfied with medical technol- ogy, 11.3% was dissatisfied with the doctor- patient communication, 52.5% expected that medical staff should have good medical ethics. 96.3% was approve of medical personnel to participate in continuing education. Conclusion The medical staff should attend lifelong continuing medical education. Through active learning to improve their comprehensive service ability is a significant step of the medical staff to build a harmonious doctor - patient relationship.
