摘　　要：本文强调医院管理中应重视人文社会学知识的掌握运用,以确保医疗安全、提升医疗质量和技术水平。医院管理者应加强对社会学知识的更新实践,并使医师意识到运用人文社会学知识的思维方法可以缓和医患关系,加强医患沟通,使患者更多地参与到自身疾病的诊治决策之中。Hospital management activities should pay attention to the humanities sociology, so as to ensure medical safety and improve medical quality and technical level. Hospital managers should update the knowledge about humanities sociology, and make physicians aware of utilizing the thinking method of humanities sociology to ease the tension of the doctor - patient relationship. These measures could make better communication between doc- tors and patients, and make the patients more involved in the diagnosis and treatment decision -making.
