摘  要:由于制约风电接纳能力的无功电压限制因素,提出基于节点电压强弱性辨识的风电接纳能力评估方法,将风电接纳能力评估问题分解为可分层迭代求解的两层优化问题:上层为风电接纳能力优化问题,通过对电压强壮节点的识别,解决在何处接入风电及接入多大容量风电的问题;下层为无功补偿优化问题,通过对电压薄弱节点的识别,解决为提高风电接纳能力而需要在何处进行无功补偿及补偿多少的问题。两层子问题在遇到电压违限或违限消除时进行交替迭代,直至满足风电接纳目标或其他收敛条件。算例结果验证了所提方法的有效性,同时也表明节点电压强弱性评价在风电接纳能力评估中具有重要作用。As the reactive power / voltage factor restrains the wind power accommodation capability,a method based on the bus voltage strength index identification is proposed to evaluate the wind power accommodation capability,which converts the capability evaluation into solvable dual-level optimization. In the upper level,it determines the location and capacity of wind power accommodation by identifying the strong nodes of bus voltage to optimize the wind power accommodation capability,while it determines the location and capacity of reactive power compensation by identifying the weak nodes of bus voltage to optimize the reactive power compensation in the lower level. Two optimization problems are solved alternatively when voltage violation occurs or disappears until the wind power accommodation objective or other convergence conditions are satisfied. Case study shows the important role of bus voltage strength index identification in the evaluation of wind power accommodation ability and proves the effectiveness of the proposed method.
