摘　　要：目的探讨CD24和OPN在上皮性卵巢肿瘤发生发展中的表达,进一步了解卵巢癌的发病机制及CD24和OPN的高表达对卵巢癌侵袭转移的影响。方法应用免疫组织化学(SP)法,检测正常卵巢组织、良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤、交界性上皮性卵巢肿瘤、上皮性卵巢癌中CD24和OPN的表达。结果免疫组化结果显示,CD24蛋白的表达水平随着卵巢正常、良性、交界性和恶性性质的变化而逐步上升,各组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着临床分期升高而表达率升高,病理分级升高而表达率降低,表达无组织学特异性。OPN蛋白的表达水平随着正常、良性、交界性和恶性性质的变化而逐步上升,各组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床分期升高表达率升高,病理分级升高表达率降低,表达无组织学特异性。CD24和OPN表达阳性率间呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 CD24、OPN蛋白的高表达在卵巢肿瘤的发生、发展、侵袭转移中起重要作用;CD24和OPN的表达可以预测卵巢癌的发展、预后及复发风险。Objective To investigate the expression of cluster of differentiation 24（CD24）and osteopontin（OPN）in ovarian epithelial tumor so as to further explore the pathogenesis of ovarian cancer and the effects of high expression of CD24 and OPN on invasion and metastasis in ovarian cancer.Methods Immunohistochemistry was employed to determine the expression of CD24 and OPN in the normal,benign,borderline and ovarian cancer tissues.Results The immunohistochemical results showed the positive expression of CD24 gradually increased with the changes of normal,benign,border and malignant nature in ovarian epithelial tumor.There were significant differences between all the groups（P〈0.05）.The advanced the clinical stage,the higher the expression rate.The higher the pathological classification,the lower the expression rate.CD24 protein expression did not have histological specificity.The positive expression of OPN gradually increased with the changes of normal,benign,border and malignant nature in ovarian epithelial tumor.All the groups differed significantly（P〈0.05）.The more advanced the clinical stage,the higher the expression rate.The higher the pathological classification,the lower the expression rate.OPN protein expression had no histological specificity.The positive rate of CD24 and OPN expression was positively correlated in ovarian epithelial tumor（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The high expression of CD24 and OPN protein plays an important role in the occurrence,development,invasion and metastasis of ovarian tumor.The expression of CD24 and OPN can predict the progression,prognosis and recurrence risk of ovarian cancer.
