摘　　要：标准件是航天产品的重要组成部分,它的使用能减少产品设计中的重复性工作,提高产品开发效率,降低研制成本。企业若没有通用的三维标准件模型库,会使得三维标准件模型在使用和管理过程中存在很多问题。针对这些问题,基于Pro/E族表技术和Intralink平台设计了一套解决方案构建和管理三维标准件库,并在笔者单位应用实施,最终建立通用三维标准件库,其有利于企业三维设计的规范性和一致性,为今后的产品研发带来便利。Standard parts are the important components of aerospace products,whose usage can decrease repetitive work in product design,and improve product development efficiency and reduce development costs. Without a common three-dimensional standard parts model library,it makes three-dimensional standard parts model have many problems in the usage and management process. To solve these problems,a set of solution was designed based on Pro/E technology and Intralink platform to construct and manage the three-dimensional standard parts library,and implemented in the company. A common three-dimensional standard parts library was established,which is helpful to the specification and consistency of enterprise′s three-dimensional design,and brings convenience to future product development.
