摘 要:目的:探讨生地注射液对实验性脑出血大鼠神经功能修复及抗凋亡作用。方法:采用Ⅶ型胶原酶加肝素,脑内尾状核注射法,建立SD大鼠脑出血模型。将70只大鼠按体质量分为空白对照组、假手术组、模型对照组、生地注射液组和清开灵注射液组。从神经功能缺损评分、脑组织病理形态学、细胞凋亡等方面进行用药前后及组间比较研究。结果:生地注射液组大鼠脑组织病理形态学观察结果与清开灵注射液组相似,较模型组明显改善;神经功能评分明显改善,细胞凋亡数目明显减少,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义,与清开灵注射液组之间比较差异无统计学意义。提示生地注射液对实验性脑出血大鼠有一定疗效,可促进神经功能修复,减少神经细胞凋亡数目。结论:生地注射液对脑出血大鼠具有神经修复及抗神经细胞凋亡作用。Objective: To discuss the effects of Shengdi injection on neurological function repair and anti-apoptosis in rats of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: The rat model of cerebral hemorrhage was established by injecting Ⅶ collagenaseheparin into caudate nucleus of brain. 70 rats were randomly divided into five groups: normal group,sham group,model group,Shengdi group and Qingkailing group. The following tests,including the score for neurological impairment,pathomorphology of brain tissue,apoptosis were analyzed among groups. Results: The similar results of pathomorphology,the score for neurological function impairment and the number of apoptosis,were observed between Shengdi group and Qingkailing group. Moreover,pathomorphology of brain tissue and the score for neurological function impairment were improved significantly in Shengdi group compared with model group. The number of apoptosis reduced in Shengdi group compared with model group. Conclusion: Shengdi injection can protect neuronal and resist apoptosis in rats with cerebral hemorrhage.
