基于数据挖掘技术探讨推拿治疗小儿外感发热的选穴规律

摘　　要：目的:探讨推拿治疗小儿外感发热的选穴规律。方法:收集中国知网、维普及万方库3个数据库2012年之前文献中推拿治疗小儿外感发热的处方,应用中医传承辅助平台(V2.0)软件录入处方,采用该软件集成的规则分析、改进互信息法等数据挖掘方法,分析近30余年小儿外感发热的推拿选穴规律。结果:共筛选小儿外感发热推拿处方57个涉及60个穴位,其中41个为小儿推拿特定穴,应用频次占所有选穴频次的78.66%;得到穴位组合共81个,其中35个两穴组合、31个三穴组合、13个四穴组合、2个五穴组合。结论:推拿治疗小儿外感发热选穴以小儿推拿特定穴为主,核心穴位组合为天河水、肺经、天门、坎宫、太阳、六腑6穴,可以作为小儿外感发热的基础推拿处方供临床参考。Objective： To analyze the regularity of acupoints selection in the massage therapy of pediatric fever caused by external infection. Methods： We electronically searched Medical Database of Chinese Academic Journal Full-Text Database,Chinese Scientific and Technological Journal Full-Text Database and Wanfang Data. On the basis of the collection of the literatures about the treatment of pediatric fever caused by external infection with massage before 2012,Inputting information of massage prescriptions into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritence auxiliary platform（ V2. 0）software,and analyzing the regularity of acupoints selection in the massage therapy of pediatric fever caused by external infection in nearly 30 years by data mining methods of the software,such as compositive association analysis,improved mutual information method. Results： 57 massage prescriptions for the treatment of pediatric fever caused by external infection were screened,60 Acupoints,41 of which were Infantile tuina specific point,which accounted for 78. 66% of all selected acupoints; 81 core acupoint combination were involved,35 of which were two point combination,31 of which were three point combination,13 of which were four point combination,2 of which were five point combination. Conclusions Infantile tuina specific point is used as the main acupoint in the massage therapy for pediatric fever caused by external infection; the core acupoint combination are Tian He-shui、Feijing、Tianmen、Kangong、Taiyang、Liufu. It could be used as the basis of pediatric fever caused by external infection massage prescription for clinical reference.
