当归炮制品抗血栓抗炎镇痛泻下作用的比较研究

摘　　要：目的:比较当归4种炮制品抗血栓、抗炎、镇痛、泻下作用。方法:分别采用抗血栓药物体内筛选法、二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、冰醋酸致小鼠扭体、炭末推进法观察当归各炮制品的抗血栓、抗炎、镇痛、泻下作用。结果:与空白对照组比较,生当归、酒炙当归抗血栓作用显著,当归炭无显著抗血栓作用,生当归、酒炙当归均能明显抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀,生当归、酒炙当归、土炒当归均能明显抑制小鼠对化学刺激致痛的扭体反应,生当归、酒炙当归均有显著提高小鼠小肠炭末推进率的作用,而当归炭有显著抑制小肠推进作用。结论:当归不同炮制品药理作用有一定的差异。Object： To comparative study the anti-thrombotic,anti-inflammatory,analgesic and purgative effects among different processed Angelicae Sinensis Radix. Methods： The anti-thrombotic effects were determined by antithrombotic drugs in vivo screening method in mice. The anti- inflammatory effects were determined by using of auricle tumefaction mice caused by dimethylbenzene. The analgesic effects were determined by the body torsion induced by acetic acid in mice. The effects on small intestinal propulsion were determine by propulsion rate of charcoal powder in mice.Results： Compared with blank control,crude Angelicae Sinensis Radix and fried Angelicae Sinensis Radix with wine had significant anti-thrombotic effect,carbonized Angelicae Sinensis Radix had no significant antithrombotic effect. Compared with blank control,fried Angelicae Sinensis Radix with wine could inhibit auricle tumefaction significantly caused by dimethylbenzene in mice. Compared with blank control,crude Angelicae Sinensis Radix,fried Angelicae Sinensis Radix with wine and stir-baked Angelicae Sinensis Radix with soil could reduce the body torsion significantly induced by acetic acid in mice. Compared with blank control,crude Angelicae Sinensis Radix and fried Angelicae Sinensis Radix with wine could promote small intestinal propulsion rate of charcoal powder in mice significantly,but carbonized Angelicae Sinensis Radix could inhibit small intestinal propulsion. Conclusion： Different processed Angelicae Sinensis Radix had a certain difference on pharmacological effects.
