摘 要:角蛋白关联蛋白KAP基因家族是毛生长发育的重要基因,其中KAP6.2基因影响山羊的绒毛性状。为研究在中卫山羊群体中其对绒毛的影响,本试验采集187只中卫山羊耳组织样提取DNA,利用PCR-SSCP技术检测KAP6.2基因的SNP多态。试验检测到5种基因型,4个等位基因,其中AA(基因型频率为0.51)为优势基因型,A(等位基因频率为0.61)为优势等位基因。群体多态信息含量为0.45,为中等多态。试验结果显示KAP6.2基因在中卫山羊群体中存在中等多态性,这将为在中卫山羊群体中开展绒毛性状与KAP6.2基因多态性的关联分析提供遗传根据。KAPs are genes which play important roles in wool development, and KAP6.2 gene af- fects the goat's cashmere. In order to study the association between KAP6.2 SNPs and cashmere traits, 187 ear tissue samples from Zhongwei goats were collected, and analysis Zhongwei goat KAP6.2 gene polymorphism were determined by PCR-SSCP technology. Five genotypes and four alleles were detected, AA(frequency is 0.5l) is the main genotype, A(frequency is 0.61) is the main allele. Polymorphism information content is 0.45, heterozygosity is 0.37 and effective alleles is 2.12 in Zhongwei goats. The result shows that KAP6.2 gene presents medium polymorphism in Zhong- wei goat, which will provide genetic basis for association analysis between KAP6.2 SNPs and cashmere traits.
