摘 要:为长期有效地监测机载导弹贮存过程中的环境应力,以分析其对导弹寿命和性能的影响,设计了一种跟随导弹贮存全周期的环境应力监测装置。该装置主要通过三种高集成度、低功耗的传感器对环境进行实时监测,围绕传感器模块设计其它辅助电路,以方便数据处理和存储。在密闭空间采用锂电池工作的前提下为保证系统长期有效工作,加入电源监控模块以实现系统工作模式可调。实际试用表明:该环境应力监测装置有效工作时间可达9个月以上,且功能满足要求、性能稳定可靠。In order to monitor environmental stress effectively and constantly in storage process of airbone missile,design an environmental stress measurement equipment used in whole storage period to analyze effect on missile lifetime and performance. This equipment mainly consists of three kinds of sensors with high integration and low power consumption to realize real-time monitoring on environment,and auxiliary circuits corresponding to sensor module are designed for data processing and saving. Additionally,system working mode is tunable owing to a power monitoring module,which ensures an efficient long-term working status of sensor module limited in an enclosed space and supplied by lithium batteries. Experiments indicate that the efficient working time of this equipment lasts longer than nine months and it satisfies all the requirements in a stable and reliable status.
