摘　　要：HI-101为日本杰斯特公司生产的便携式肺功能仪,可以测量肺活量、用力肺活量和最大通气量,在职业健康体检、职业病诊断及呼吸系统疾病诊断中使用较多。文中介绍了经过反复实践总结出的HI-101仪器的使用技巧及常见问题的处理经验。HI-101 portable spirometry produced by Japan Jester company,can measure the vital capacity,forced vital capacity and the maximum ventilation,which is widely used in the occupational health examination,occupational disease diagnosis and the respiratory system diseases diagnosis. The author is engaged in the pulmonary function testing for many years. After repeated practice,we summarize the using skills of HI-101 instrument and common problem treatment experience,which will share to pulmonary function detection of physicians on the job.
