锭速及捻系数对Modal纤维纯纺纱性能的影响

摘　　要：结合生产实际，选用不同参数的锭子的速度和捻系数对Modal纤维纯纺纱性能的研究，主要包括对成纱毛羽条干性能的影响，从而得出纺制Modal纤维纯纺纱的最佳工艺参数。实践表明：锭子的速度应该控制在7230r／mn左右，捻系数应该选在380—400之间，纱线的综合成纱指标最好。Combined with practical production, this paper studies the influence of different spindle speed and twis- ting factors on the Model fiber pure yarn performance and draws the perfect process parameters for it. The result in- dicates that when the spindle speed is controlled at 7230r/min and twist factor is approximately 380 - 400, the comprehensive index of yarn is perfect.
