针刺后溪穴结合中药热雾疗法治疗腰部训练伤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺后溪穴结合中药热雾疗法治疗腰部训练伤的临床效果。方法:于2014年9月—2015年1月选取某部新兵营集训期间发生的75例腰部训练伤的患者,将其随机分为对照组A、对照组B和观察组。对照组A行常规治疗,对照组B行单纯针刺法治疗,观察组则行针刺联合中药热雾疗法。对3组的止痛立即见效例数、腰椎活动度达标时间以及治疗至恢复到能继续训练的时间进行记录分析。结果:观察组和对照组A相比,观察组在止痛立即见效例数、腰椎活动度达标时间以及恢复训练时间上明显优于对照组A,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而观察组和对照组B比较,止痛立即见效例数、腰椎活动度达标时间以及恢复训练时间稍优于对照组B,但数据无显著性差异(P>0.05)。而两对照组比较,对照组B在各方面也明显优于对照组A,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺后溪穴结合中药热雾疗法治疗腰部训练伤具有很好的疗效,其疗效明显优于常规治疗,也优于单纯针刺法治疗疗效,是一种简便验廉的治疗方案,可以在基层部队中广泛使用。Objective： To investigate the clinical results of acupuncture at Houxi（SI3） combined with traditional Chinese medicine thermal fog therapy in the treatment of waist training injury. Methods： In September 2014-January 2015,75 cases of waist training injury during a recruit camp were selected and were randomly divided into control group A,control group B and observation group. Conventional treatment was given to the control group A and the control group B were treated with simple acupuncture treatment. The observation group were treated with acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine thermal fog therapy. The cases of pain immediately relieved,the time of lumbar spine activity up to standard and the time of treatment till return to continue training of three groups were statistically analyzed. Results： Compared with control group A,the observation group＇s cases number of pain immediately,lumbar spine activity up to standard time and the treating time were significantly better than those of the control group A and the difference was significant（P〈 0. 05）.Compared with control group B,the observation group＇s cases number of pain immediately relieved,lumbar spine activity up to standard time and the treating time were slightly better and there was no significant difference（P〉 0. 05）. The control group B was better than the control group A in each aspect and the difference was significant（P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture at Houxi（SI3） combined with traditional Chinese medicine thermal fog therapy in the treatment of waist training injury has a good effect. Its efficacy is superior to the conventional treatment＇s and also better than simple acupuncture therapy. It is a simple,convenient,effective and cheap treatment plan,which can be widely used in grassroots military units.
