金龙固本补肺健脾合剂治疗哮喘缓解期临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察金龙固本补肺健脾合剂治疗支气管哮喘缓解期(宿痰伏肺兼肺脾气虚证)的临床疗效。方法:将48例支气管哮喘缓解期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用金龙固本补肺健脾合剂口服治疗,对照组不进行药物干预,疗程均为4个月,随访期12个月。观察哮喘症状总积分、FEV1、PEF、中医及西医疗效等指标。结果:症状总积分,治疗组下降明显,与对照组比较(P<0.05)具有显著统计学差异;在改善FEV1预计值方面,具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05);中医及西医疗效上治疗组均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:金龙固本补肺健脾合剂治疗支气管哮喘缓解期患者(宿痰伏肺兼肺脾气虚证)具有良好疗效。Objective： To observe the effect of Jinlongguben Bufeijianpi Mixture on treating asthma in remission stage（insidious sputum in lung and lung and spleen deficiency syndrome）. Methods： 48 patients of asthma on remission stage were randomized to the control group and the treatment group. The treatment group were given Jinlongguben Bufeijianpi Mixture. The control group were given no medication. The course of two groups＇ treatment was both 4 months and the follow-up periods were both 12 months. Observe the change of the total symptom score,FEV1,PEF and the curative effect of TCM and Western Medicine. Results： The total score of the symptoms in the treatment group decreased significantly compared with that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0. 05）. Values in FEV1 was expected to improve with statistical significance（P〈 0. 05）. Effect of Chinese medicine and Western medicine on the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group（P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Jinlongguben Bufeijianpi Mixture has a good curative effect on treating asthma in remission stage（insidious sputum in lung and lung and spleen deficiency syndrome）.
