摘  要:目的:建立化斑颗粒的质量标准。方法:对处方中夏枯草、茯苓、赤芍、白芍和菊花进行薄层色谱鉴别;对夏枯草中的迷迭香酸进行高效液相色谱法含量测定。结果:薄层色谱鉴别斑点清晰,专属性强;迷迭香酸的浓度在1.656 48~26.503 68μg/m L之间,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,R2=0.9999,平均回收率为102.18%,RSD为0.75%。结论:本制剂所定质量标准方法简便、合理、准确,可用于化斑颗粒的质量控制。Objective: To establish the quality standards of Huaban Granules. Methods: Xiakucao(Prunellae spica),Fuling(Poria),Chishao(Paeoniae radix rubra),Baishao(Paeoniae radix alba) and Juhua(Chrysanthemi flos) were identified by thin layer chromatography(TLC). The contents of rosmarinic acid in Xiakucao(Prunellae spica) were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Results: TLC spots were clear with strong specificity. The linear relationship of rosmarinic acid content was good in the range of 1. 656 48 μg/m L to 26. 503 68 μg/m L(R2= 0. 9999) and the average recovery rate was 102. 18%(RSD = 0. 75%). Conclusions: The method is simple,reasonable and accurate and can control the quality of Huaban Granules.
