摘　　要：通过针灸穴位的选择、腧穴配伍、针灸时间因素、刺激量、针灸手法、刺激方法等对腧穴配伍的临床应用和现代研究的影响,总结各种因素对腧穴配伍效应影响的规律,阐明腧穴配伍的机理,更好地将临床观察和实验研究有机的结合在一起,在中医理论的指导下合理有效的运用腧穴配伍指导针灸临床。Through the discussion of the influencing factors on the acupoints compatibility effect,including acupoint selection,combination of acupoints,acupuncture time factors,quantity of stimulus,acupuncture manipulation methods and methods to stimulate,it explained the rules influencing the acupoints compatibility effect and clarified the mechanism of combination of acupoints,better combining the clinical observation and experimental study and reasonably and effectively using acupoints compatibility to guide the clinical acupuncture and moxibustion under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.
