摘　　要：目的:研究ET1与AngⅡ在病毒性心肌炎心肌纤维化形成中的作用及清心II号的干预作用。方法:建立病毒性心肌炎慢性期心肌纤维化模型后小鼠,随机分为模型组(n=10),卡托普利治疗组(n=20),清心II号高、中、低剂量治疗组(每组n=20),另设正常组(n=10)。正常组和模型组给予生理盐水灌胃,治疗组分别给予卡托普利和清心II号高中低剂量灌胃,疗程结束后分别采集心脏,应用放免法检测各组血浆ET1、Ang II含量;RT-PCR病毒基因检测;VG染色观察各组纤维化形成情况,并检测胶原阳性面积占测量的面积的百分比的即容积分数。结果:清心II号具有明显抗病毒和抗心肌纤维化作用,抗心肌纤维化作用与卡托普利相当。结论:血浆ET1与Ang II在病毒性心肌炎心肌纤维化形成过程中发挥重要作用,清心II号具有抗病毒、抗心肌纤维化作用。Objective： To observe ET1 and AngⅡeffect in viral myocarditis myocardial fibrosis formation and the intervention effect of Qingxin II. Methods： Mice with chronic viral myocarditis（VMC） were established by intraperitoneal injection and randomly divided into the model group（n = 10）,the captopril treatment group（n = 20）,Qingxin II treatment groups with high,middle and low dose（n = 20,respectively）. Another 10 mice were set as normal group. The normal and model groups were given normal saline and water respectively and the captopril group was given captopril and the Qingxin II groups were given Qingxin II from high to low dose respectively. After the treatment and collection,the ET1 and Ang II levels in blood plasma were observed by radioimmunoassay（RIA）. The virus gene detection was made by RT-PCR technology. Each group＇s fibrosis formation was observed by VG staining and positive collagen area and percentage of the volume fraction were tested. Results： Qingxin II has a distinct effect on the antiviral and anti myocardial fibrosis and a dose dependent manner on antiviral and anti myocardial fibrosis was observed. Qingxin II had equal effect with captopril on anti-myocardial fibrosis. Conclusions： During the process of myocardial fibrosis,the plasma ET1 and Ang II play important role. Qingxin II has a good effect on anti-virus and anti-myocardial fibrosis.
