穴位埋针颈夹脊穴治疗颈源性高血压的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨治疗颈源性高血压的有效便利的针刺方法。方法:将90例颈源性高血压患者随机分为穴位埋针组、络活喜组和穴位埋针合络活喜组,以血压、临床症状和体征为评价标准,分析比较其治疗后的降压及症状疗效。结果:治疗1个月后,3组均能明显降低血压,降压总有效率分别为穴位埋针组76.6%,络活喜组86.6%,穴位埋针合络活喜组96.6%,穴位埋针合络活喜组与其余两组比较比较P<0.05,有显著性差异;治疗后,3组均能不同程度的改善高血压症状积分,与治疗前比较P<0.01,有显著性差异,但以穴位埋针组和穴位埋针合络活喜组改善最明显,与络活喜组比较P<0.05,有显著性差异;3组治疗后证候疗效总有效率分别为穴位埋针组80%,络活喜组70%,穴位埋针合络活喜组96.7%,与其余两组比较P<0.05,有显著性差异。结论:穴位埋针颈夹脊穴能明显改善颈源性高血压临床症状和体征,与络活喜合用,降压效果明显优于其余两组,操作简单,值得推广应用。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture therapy for treatment of cervical hypertension.Method： Ninety cases of cervical hypertension patients were randomly divided into needle-embedding therapy group,amlodipine group and needle-embedding therapy plus amlodipine group. Changes of blood pressure and clinical symptoms were recorded before and after the treatment. Results： After 1 month treatment,blood pressure decreased in all the 3groups. The total antihypertensive effective rate respectively of needle-embedding therapy group was 76. 6%,of amlodipine group was 86. 6%,of needle-embedding therapy plus amlodipine group was 96. 6%. Compared with other two groups,needle-embedding therapy plus amlodipine group had marked difference,P 〈0. 05. After treatment,the major symptoms in the patients of the 3 groups improved in varying degrees. It had marked difference compared with that before,P 〈0. 01. The effects in the needle-embedding therapy group and needle-embedding therapy plus amlodipine group were better and it had marked difference compared with that of the amlodipine group. The total effective rate respectively of needle-embedding therapy group was 80%,of amlodipine group was 70%,of needle-embedding therapy plus amlodipine group was 90% and it had marked difference compared with other two groups,P 〈0. 05. Conclusion： Needle-embedding therapy of Jiaji（EX-B 2） can obviously improve clinical symptoms of cervical hypertension and needle-embedding therapy plus amlodipine is better than simple needle-embedding therapy or amlodipine in decreasing blood pressure. It is simple,worthy of application and popularizing.
