摘　　要：从多方关联主体共同参与的利益博弈出发,以"利益博弈关系—城中村改造模式—核心经济平衡—城中村改造难易度—城中村改造方向与策略"为理论脉络,凝练出经济平衡为核心的城中村改造方向和策略选择的理论模型,以引导城中村改造的规划决策;并结合城中村改造规划的实际要求,将理论脉络发展为以经济平衡为核心驱动机制的"一核心、两主线"的城中村改造的规划决策框架,以期对涉及城中村改造问题的规划决策提供思路和方法。With the participation of all stakeholders in the interest game, this paper proposes an economic balance-oriented model of urban village redevelopment directions and strategies on the basis of the theoretical context of ＂the interest game - urban village redevelopment mode - core economic balance - the urban village redevelopment difficulty - urban village redevelopment directions and strategies,＂ in order to guide the planning decision-making of urban village redevelopment. In addition, according to the practical requirements of urban village redevelopment planning, it has further improved the theoretical context to a ＂one core and two main approaches＂ urban village redevelopment planning decision-making framework based on the economic balance mechanism, in the hope of providing a reference for the planning decision- making with regard to urban village redevelopment issues.
