长株潭地区金融发展与经济增长相关性研究——基于2003—2012年面板数据的实证分析

摘　　要：通过收集长株潭地区经济发展与金融发展的相关数据,构建超效率DEA模型对长株潭3市金融机构效率进行了评价。然后采用面板数据模型,实证分析了2003—2012年长株潭3市金融发展水平及金融机构效率与经济增长的关系。结果表明:长株潭地区金融发展与经济增长密切相关。金融发展水平和金融机构效率是长株潭地区经济发展的长期原因,但不是其经济发展的短期Granger原因。而经济发展既是金融发展水平的长期原因,也是其发展的短期Granger原因;经济发展是金融机构效率提升的长期原因,但不是金融机构效率的短期Granger原因。根据以上结果,针对性地提出了相关政策建议。We evaluate the financial institutions efficiency of the Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan district in China by a Super-efficiency DEA model, according to the relevant data we collected. Moreover, we utilize a panel data model to empirically analyze the relationships between financial development level, financial institution efficiency and economic growth in Chang-Zhu-Tan district. The results show that financial development and economic growth are closely correlated. Financial development level and financial institutions efficiency are the long- term cause of economic development, but not the short-term Granger cause in Chang- Zhu- Tan district. However, economic development is not only the long-term cause of financial development, but also the short-term Granger cause of it. Economic development is the long-term cause of the financial institutions efficiency, but not the short-term Granger cause of it. Based on the results presented above, relevant policy suggestions are proposed.
