摘  要:物质自燃点是化工过程设计及危险性评估和控制的重要依据。针对市场上缺乏高压富氧环境物质自燃点仪器及人工测量危险性大等问题,研制了一种高压富氧环境物质自燃点测试仪。测试仪采用道尔顿分压定律实现高压富氧环境下的气体浓度精确配比,并运用高精度均温场发生技术和多传感器联合燃爆状态辨识技术,实现了高压富氧自燃点的检测。阐述了系统的硬件结构和软件设计,并就多种典型试样进行测定,结果表明仪器自燃点检测结果标准差优于1℃,同时具有良好的重复性。Autoignition temperature is an important basis for chemical process design and risk assessment and control. Nowadays,market lacks of autoignition temperature tester for high-pressure and oxygen-enriched atmosphere,and there is a big risk in artificial measurement. To solve this problem,we developed an autoignition temperature tester for high-pressure and oxygen-enriched atmosphere. The tester used the Daltons law of partial pressures to achieve precise ratio of gas concentration in high-pressure and oxygen-enriched atmosphere,using high-precision uniform temperature generating technology and joint deflagration identification technology of multi-sensor to achieve autoignition temperature detecting. And on this basis,we gave the system's hardware configuration and software design. A variety of typical samples measurement test results show that standard deviation of autoignition temperature test is better than 1 ℃ and the instrument has good repeatability.
