摘  要:为了减少电锤工作时所产生的振动对操作人员及设备的伤害,提出了一种电锤磁力减振的新方法,即通过分析现有电锤减振方法的不足,基于磁效应,利用永久磁铁的磁场作为弹性介质,相对排列两磁体相同磁极,设计了一种磁力减振机构用于电锤的手柄减振,同时设计了一种磁力冲击机构以减少振动。通过磁力减振电锤的总体方案设计,验证了提出的新方法,实验结果表明了方法的有效性。To minimize vibration produced by hammer for operator and equipment damage, a new method for electric hammer magnetic damping is presented. Firstly, the existing deficiency of hammer vibration reduction methods is analyzed. Secondly, based on the magnetic effect, the same poles of two magnets are arranged oppositely with the field of permanent magnets as the elastic medium. Finally, the magnetic damping mechanism is designed for the hammer handle vibration based on the above work. At the same time, a magnetic impact mechanism is also designed to reduce vibration. The overall design of the electric hammer with magnetic damping is proposed. Experimental results show that the method is effective.
