摘　　要：针对某型号湿式双离合自动变速器(Wet Dual Clutch Transmission,WDCT)的噪声优化,进行齿轮接触斑点试验。主要描述了齿轮接触斑点试验的方法过程,并记录相关数据。通过接触斑点试验前与优化后的噪声对比,表明接触斑点试验的结果可以作为齿轮微观修形优化、改善齿轮齿面接触,减轻齿轮啸叫噪声的基本依据。A test of gear contact spot has been done for the purpose of optimizing one type of ＂Wet Dual Clutch Transmission＂-WDCT’s noise.The text mainly describes the method and the process of the test.The data is recorded after the test.The consequence of the test could be used for a basic proof of micro gear modification,improving the tooth contact and reducing the noise by the comparison of twice noise tests.
