县域旅游经济发展的SWOT分析与对策——以永善县为例

摘　　要：永善县作为我国连片特困地区之一,旅游业已经具有一定的发展基础,发展旅游业是永善脱贫致富的一条重要途径。永善县发展旅游业既有优势和机遇,也有劣势和挑战,做出正确的旅游发展决策是实现旅游扶贫的关键。从相关学者的研究成果入手,阐述了永善县旅游业的发展现状,接着运用SWOT分析法分析旅游业发展面临的内外部环境,进而从整合旅游发展力量、创新政府主导开发建设模式、创新旅游产业融合机制、创新旅游利益分配机制、加强县外区域旅游合作和创新旅游人才培养机制六个方面提出了永善县旅游产业的发展对策。As one of the contiguous destitute areas,tourism industry has a certain foundation of development for Yongshan,which is an important way to become rich from poverty. Development of tourism industry has both advantages and opportunities. Meanwhile,there are also disadvantages and challenges. Therefore,it is very essential to choose right paths of tourism development so as to achieve Pro- Poor tourism. The Articles starts from reviewing relevant academic researches,and illustrates the importance of development of tourism industry for Yongshan,then it analyzes internal and external environment that development of its tourism industry face by SWOT,thus the paper proposes development countermeasures of tourism for Yongshan.
