摘 要:[目的]掌握山西省猪伪狂犬病(PR)野毒株感染情况,为猪伪狂犬病的免疫和根除计划提供参考。[方法]从山西11地市41个养猪场和屠宰场采集721份猪血清样品,用gp I抗体酶联免疫检测试剂盒,进行PR野毒感染血清学调查。[结果]山西省11个市均有不同程度的猪伪狂犬野毒感染,平均阳性率达21.64%;母猪群体野毒感染率最高,仔猪次之,育肥猪感染率最低;规模猪场与散养户的抽检猪群野毒感染率相差不大,屠宰场的抽检猪群感染率最高。[结论]猪伪狂犬病野毒在山西省普遍存在,这与养猪场的环境、管理体系、防疫措施等因素有关,要根除和消灭本病,除做好免疫预防外,还应采取检疫、隔离、消毒和淘汰病猪、净化猪群等综合性防治措施。[Objective] The aim of the study is to understand wild pseudorabies virus infection of swine in Shanxi province and to provide references for planning immunization and eradication of pseudorabies in swine. [Method] 721 pig serum samples were collected from 41 pig farms and abattoirs in 11 cities of Shanxi province and detected for wild PRV infection with United States IDEXX company gpI antibody enzyme-linked immunoassay kits. [Results] Results showed that wild PRV infection in swine existed in 11 cities of Shanxi in different degrees with an average positive rate of 21.64%, highest positive rate (46.67%) in Jinzhon and lower positive rate ( 〈 5%) in Shuozhou, Lvliang and Yizhou. As for pig type, the highest positive rate was in sows (49.06%) and the lower positive rate was in growers (12.58%) . [Conclusion] Wild pseudorabies virus infection existed commonly in Shanxi province and this was possibly associated with pig farming environment, husbandry and preventive measures. To eradicate and eliminate the disease, it is necessary to carry out quarantine inspection, isolation, disinfection and culling of infected pigs as well as immunization.
