自测健康评定量表评价交通警察健康状况的信效度研究

摘　　要：目的：考评自测健康评定量表（SRHMS V1.0）测评交通警察健康状况的信度和效度。方法现场测试500名交通警察的自测健康状况,考核SRHMS V1.0的分半信度、内部一致性、效标效度、结构效度和反应度。结果SRHMS V1.0的分半信度系数是0.804,Cronbach＇sα系数为0.942；量表总分与SF-36总分的相关系数是0.783,量表总分以及3个子量表分与其相应的健康总体自测条目得分间均存在密切相关；各维度与其所属子量表间存在较强相关性（0.588-0.937）,其所包含的条目得分与该维度分的相关系数较大（0.473-0.926）；因子分析结果与SRHMS V1.0的理论结构基本吻合；天花板/地板效应呈现出较好的反应度。结论应用SRHMS V1.0评价交通警察健康状况是有效的、可靠的且灵敏的。Objective To explore the reliability and validity of self-rated health measurement scale Version 1.0 （SRHMS V1.0） for evaluating the health status of the traffic police. Methods The spot trial was performed among 500 traffic po-lice in order to assess the split-half reliability, Cronbach＇sαcoefficient, criteria validity, construct validity and respon-siveness of SRHMS V1.0. Results The split-half reliability was 0.804. Cronbach＇s α coefficient was 0.942. The corre-lation coefficient between SRHMS V1.0 and SF-36 was 0.783, and the correlation in total scale score, three sub-scales score and each item were also closely related. Dimension scores correlated significantly with its sin-scale （0.588-0.937）, and each item involved was also correlated with the dimension score （0.473-0.926）. Factor analysis result was basically consistent with theoretical construction of SRHMS V1.0. The ceiling and floor effect revealed high respon-siveness. Conclusion SRHMS V1.0 is valid, reliable and sensitive for measuring the health status of traffic police.
