摘 要:目的:探讨全程营养支持在食管癌术后疲劳综合征中的应用及效果。方法选择2012年1月-2013年8月绵阳市中心医院收治的104例食管癌患者的临床资料,根据给予营养支持方法分为观察组(采用全程营养支持)和对照组(采用传统营养支持),每组各52例。比较并分析两组给予不同营养支持后对缓解患者术后疲劳综合征的效果。结果术前两组营养风险筛查2002(NRS 2002)评分差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);术后两组NRS 2002评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组术前、术后第3、7、10天疲劳评分分别为(2.36±1.31)、(7.59±1.53)、(3.06±1.52)、(2.23±0.46)分,对照组分别为(2.19±1.25)、(8.73±2.36)、(6.03±1.12)、(5.29±0.84)分,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组自主下床时间、肛门排气时间、胃肠减压时间、不良反应发生率分别为(59.29±13.58)h、(72.67±16.59)h、(7.02±0.64)d、3.8豫,对照组分别为(94.26±16.28)h、(99.26±15.39)h、(8.36±1.90)d、19.2豫,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论全程营养支持能明显缓解食管癌患者术后疲劳综合征,给予全程营养支持的患者康复速度快于传统营养支持的患者的康复速度。Objective To study the full nutritional management in postoperative fatigue syndrome and analyze the re-sults. Methods From January 2012 to March 2013, in Mianyang Central Hospital, the clinical data of 104 patients with esophageal cancer were selected, according to nutritional support method, they were divided into study group (with full nutritional support) and control group (with traditional nutritional support), with 52 cases in each group. The effect of given different nutritional support for alleviate postoperative fatigue syndrome patients in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The NRS 2002 scores of two groups were compared, before the surgery, the difference was not statistically significant (P〉0.05);after the surgery, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Before surgery, at the third, seventh, tenth day after the surgery, fatigue scores in observation group were (2.36±1.31), (7.59±1.53), (3.06±1.52), (2.23±0.46) scores respectively, those in the control group were (2.19±1.25), (8.73±2.36), (6.03±1.12), (5.29±0.84) scores respectively, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). The independent ambulation time, fla-tus time, decompression time, adverse reactions rate in observation group were (59.29±13.58)h, (72.67±16.59)h, (7.02±0.64) d, 3.8%respectively, those in the control group were (94.26±16.28) h, (99.26±15.39) h, (8.36±1.90) d, 19.2%, the differences were statistically significant (P〈 0.05). Conclusion All the nutrition support can obviously relieve fatigue syndrome cooperatively in patients with esophageal cancer, giving full nutritional support patients, they recover faster than giving traditional nutritional support patients.
