摘　　要：目的:探讨加速康复外科理念对老年经尿道等离子前列腺电切(TURP-K)术患者的影响。方法:将138例TURP-K术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各69例,对照组采用传统围术期护理方式,观察组采取加速康复外科理念进行护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组患者术后住院时间、住院费用、术后3 d输液量及寒战、膀胱痉挛发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加速康复外科理念可缩短老年TURP-K术患者术后住院时间,降低住院费用,减少术后3 d输液量及并发症。Objective ：To investigate the effect of fast track surgery （FTS） concept on elderly patients undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate （TURP- K）. Methods ：138 patients who underwent TURP - K were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group （ 69 cases in each group }. The conventional perioperative nursing care was taken in the control group ; the nursing care in the light of FTS concept was implemented in the observation group. The effect of nursing care was compared between the two groups. Results ： There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the comparison of postoperative hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses and the infusion volume, the incidence of chills and bladder spasm in the three days after operation （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Adoption of FTS concept in the nursing care of elderly patients with TURP - K can shorten the hospitalization time, reduce the cost of hospitalization and decrease the infusion volume and complications in the three days after operation.
