阴虚型HBV相关原发性肝癌患者中医症状与中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值征相关分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨阴虚型HBV相关原发性肝癌(HBV-PLC)患者的中医症状与外周血中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(简称:NLR)特征的相关性。方法:收集2013年7月至2015年2月就诊于首都医科大学附属北京地坛医院中西医结合科的阴虚型HBV-PLC住院患者,收集患者的一般资料及实验室指标。结果:与无盗汗者相比,伴有盗汗症状的阴虚型HBV-PLC患者NLR升高(P=0.015),PTA、CD4+T细胞计数下降(P=0.014,P=0.029);与无脉细数者相比,伴有脉细数症状的阴虚型HBV-PLC患者GGT、AFP、NLR均升高(P<0.001,P=0.002,P=0.005)。结论:与无盗汗或脉细数者相比,伴有盗汗或脉细数的阴虚型HBV-PLC患者NLR明显升高,机体抗肿瘤免疫反应减弱,病情更重,需要更多临床关注。Objective：To analyze the relationship between TCM symptoms and neutrophil to lymphocytes ratio（NLR） in patients with hepatitis B virus associated primary liver cancer（HBV-PLC）of yin deficiency. Methods：According to the inclusion criteria,we enrolled 52HBV-PLC patients of yin deficiency from July 2013 to February 2015 in Beijing Ditan Hospital,Capital Medical University. Then we collected the general information and laboratory parameters. Results：Compared with HBV-PLC of yin deficiency of no night sweat,we observed NLR was elevated（P=0.015）in HBV-PLC of yin deficiency of night sweat. Compared with HBV-PLC of yin deficiency of no pulse of thread and schneller,we observed NLR was elevated（P=0.005）in HBV-PLC of yin deficiency of pulse of thread and schneller. Conclusion：Compared with HBV-PLC of yin deficiency of no night sweat or pulse of thread and schneller,NLR is elevated in study group. The study group has poor immune function and weak anti-tumor immune response,so they need more clinical attention.
